FCPS (Medicine), MD (Internal Medicine), Clinical Rheumatology Fellowship (Australia) Prof. Nazrul's carrier in Rheumatology has begun in the year 1999 in the Dept. of Rheumatology of Royal Perth Hospital, Western Australia & continued it in the Dept. of Medicine, BSMMU (former PG Hospital). Now Dr. Islam is serving the Rheumatology Wing of Dept. of Medicine of BSMMU as Professor of Medicine (Rheumatology). His experience in the field of Rheumatology Medicine is more than 17 years out of his 25 years Medical experience.

Dr. M Sheikh Giash Uddin (PhD)
M. Sc (CU), PGD (Egypt) PhD (JU) Dr. M Sheikh Giash Uddin (PhD) is working in the Department of Statistics, Jagannath University, Dhaka, Bangladesh as Assistant Professor. As statistician he has started his carrier in the Department of Epidemiology and Bio-statistics of Institute of Child and Mother Health, Dhaka in 1998. He has active involvement as statistician in different Community Oriented Programme for Control of Rheumatic Diseases (COPCORD) studies in Bangladesh from 2002 to till date.

Salma Nasrin is now working as Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Linguistics, University of Dhaka. She enrolled herself in PhD course in the same Department. The title of her thesis is: "“An analysis of the nature of the Language used at home by Bengali speaking autistic children.”. As research associates Nasrin has active involvement in the research activities of MOAC&RC®.

Mst. Karimon Nesha is studying Master of Disaster Management at University of Dhaka. She has joined MOAC&RC® as Research Coordinator in 2011. A month-long training on Epidemiology and Biostatistics from International Centre for Diarrheal Disease Research (ICDDR'B), Bangladesh was completed by her while working in the center. She works under the direct supervision of the Director.

From the beginning of MOAC&RC® Mr. Ashis is working as a Research Assistant. He has completed Graduation from Dhaka College, Dhaka in 2002. Even having hand on training on different courses on computer, IT and data processing as well as job experience he received 3 months intensive training on collecting patient information and data analysis from the Director of MOAC&RC® before beginning his professional carrier.
Prof. Johannes ( Hans) J. Rasker MD PhD
Prof. Hans studied medicine at Leiden University and specialized in internal medicine and rheumatology in Groningen in the Netherlands. In 1975 he worked in Bath (England) as research fellow for a year. After his return he became consultant rheumatologist at the Hospital Medisch Spectrum Twente and Professor at the University of Twente, Enschede. He has had many national and international positions, among others:Current positions: Associate Editor Clinical Rheumatology (the ILAR journal), Member Editorial board LER International Journal (letter to the editor rheumatology) and Ambassador of the Bone and Joint Decade, representing the Netherlands.Past positions Secretary General of the International League of Associations for Rheumatology (ILAR) and Chairman of the Standing committee health professionals (ILAR). He is honorary Member of the Dutch Society for Rheumatology. Knight in the order of Oranje Nassau. Hans Rasker is author of more than 400 articles on different fields of rheumatology, ethics and nuclear medicine. He wrote and edited 4 books and many chapters in books.
Peter M. ten Klooster, PhD
Peter ten Klooster studies Communication Science at the University of Twente, the Netherlands. In 2004 he started a PhD project on the assessment of health status by self-report questionnaires.In June 2008 he received his PhD for his thesis entitled “Interpreting patient-reported outcomes in rheumatology.” Afterwards he spends 6 months as a visiting researcher at Quality Metric in Lincoln (RI), USA. He is now working as Assistant Professor at the University of Twente. His research interests include research methods, modern psychometrics and health assessment, specifically with respect to rheumatic diseases.

Other than internship training from BIRDEM, Bipasha has received 3 months intensive training in clinical nutrition assessment and prescription writing from the Chief Consultant of MOAC&RC® before beginning her professional carrier.

Abu Mohammad has graduated (B.Sc) in Physiotherapy from National Institute of Traumatology & Orthopaedic Rehabilitation (NITOR). Mr. Rezwan has more than 10 years experience in the field of physiotherapy before starting his carrier in MOAC&RC®.
